How long does delivery take?
Germany: 3–7 business days. Rest of the EU: 7–14 business days. International (US, UK, Canada, Australia): 10–21 business days. Orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to Germany, the EU, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, no reason needed. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once it's shipped, it falls under our standard return process.
I received a damaged or wrong item — what now?
Email us with a photo and your order number. We'll sort out a replacement or refund, no back-and-forth required.
Products
Are your lights safe to leave on overnight?
Our LED and USB-powered pieces are built for low heat and continuous use, but as with any electronics, we recommend not leaving them unattended in an unventilated space for extended periods.
